In this 2-hour primer course, participants will take a personal inventory of aspects of their own perspectives and experiences and gain a basic understanding of the concepts. It includes two workshop activities that will enable you to harness the collective inputs from your peer group, hear and listen to all perspectives, and make better decisions throughout your personal and professional ecosystem. Participants also receive tips and tools for continual learning and improvement. A certificate is provided following completion.
