RISE Cultural Competency Certification Platform

The RISE cultural competency platform is an intensive three day session that will bolster your understanding of modern HRM standards, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and the required organizational change management. The course takes an unyielding personal inventory of aspects of your own thinking related to the level of commitment that is necessary to bring about change and how to continually measure and monitor the desired outcomes.

Learn how your perspectives and experiences can contribute to creating and sustaining an inclusive and equitable workplace. Participants will benefit from evidence-based exercises that increase participants’ self-reflection, alongside concrete steps for improvement while creating lasting behavior change and the kind of inclusive culture that helps organizations thrive is the only way to develop a truly equitable organization.

Conscious Action for Creating Inclusive Organizations

The intrinsic attitudes and stereotypes that people can inherently place upon a person or group may affect how they perceive and interact. The best way to prevent yourself from succumbing to these unconscious biases within your organization is through conscious action during recruitment, hiring and retention of employees.

In this course, participants will take a personal inventory of aspects of their own perspectives and experiences. It includes two workshop activities that will enable you to harness the collective inputs from your peer group, hear and listen to all perspectives, and make better decisions throughout your personal and professional ecosystem.
