RISE was created using the expertise of individuals from the fields of engineering, manufacturing, business, human resources, anthropology, art, education, law, and the military worldwide to develop a roadmap for achieving the international RISE E&I standards and the industry leading RISE Maturity Model.

Respect

Creating effective retention strategies that improve the environment to decrease turnover of high potential resources should be one of leadership’s most important jobs. All employees have unique desires and goals. They want to feel that they are appreciated by their employer and treated fairly. They want to be challenged and excited by the job they are asked to do.

Inclusion

Promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace should foster a sense of belonging; it is a continual process that should be maintained and nurtured to be effective. Phase 1 | Ecosystem Health Survey & Assessment

After establishing stakeholders and leadership sponsors, Envision RISE will utilize the RISE Maturity Model to establish the current baseline, ensure effective implementation and achieve corporate equity and inclusion objectives with workforce surveys and insights from focus groups. Based on these results, we develop and align a comprehensive action plan to address improvement areas.

Phase 2 | Policy & Procedure Review and Assessment

RISE provides feedback to help make policy and procedures more equitable and inclusive. This phase evaluates key factors including employee retention, sourcing, hiring, on/offboarding, pay equity succession planning, mentorship, benefits, vendor partners, marketing, and any existing DEI efforts.

Phase 3 | Envision RISE Training

Culture change does not come from training alone. All phases of the RISE platform are pillars that support one another. RISE offers cultural competency workshops and courses to bolster your understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and take an unyielding personal inventory of aspects of your own diversity.

Phase 4 | Adaptive Monitoring and Follow Up Assessment

RISE continues to ensure sustainable success by conducting a follow-up assessment to determine that the goals established have been achieved. Employees will complete a post development survey to quantitatively measure progress toward a more equitable and inclusive workplace, while re-baselining and adapting the plan to the current environment.
